Q: small solid ball in scrotum

for about the last year i have had a small very solid ball type lump in my scrotum(right) it hardly causes pain unless squeezed. A very thin vein leads from it turning into a very big vein that is very solid. I want to know if this is a threat and if it can stop penis from growing?
