ive noticed today that i have a small red lump on my back passage its a small bit sore but not something unbearable im 7 months pregnant and am just worried it might be something to worry more about please help me

Since you're pregnant, I'm guessing it's hemorrhoids. Call your doctor and ask what over-the-counter creams you can use while you are pregnant. If those don't help, then make an appointment.

Don't worry. These are very common with pregnancy.
