i have about 4 of these dots on my skin. they are all on the right side of my body. one is on my right index finger, another is on my right hand under my pinky, another is on my lower arm, and the other is on my upper arm. they are small dots that dont itch, dont hurt, they just appear and are slightly raised. the one below my pinky i have had for years and it has seemed to get bigger. it took about 4 yrs to get to the size it is now and thats not big. the others look as if ive been pricked with a needle and the one below my pinky is just slightly bigger. i dont know what this is, they r making me nervous because for years ive only had the one by my pinky and now recently these others have been appearing, can anyone help?
