My boyfriend has small red bumps on his testicles...when he got out of shower the other morning he went to dry off and one of these busted and bleed quite alot...they do not itch,burn, and are not painful..his testicle are also not swollen..we would appreciate any help with this matter from anyone who may be able to help...thank you...
