Q: Small red bumps on penis head

well,

for a while now ive noticed on the rim of the penis head i have a small red bump, that gets more red and inflamed after masturbation, i also notice a small small red dot farther over the rim, seems like another one coming?

any idea what it could be, going to a doctor just isn't an option for me right now.
