Small red bump on head

Hey... I decided to join this forum because I've looked all over the net without a clear answer. Here's the story. I have a small very mildly irritating bump on the rim of my penis head. I went to a doctor for another problem that I had developed from using a natural skin lightening remidy for the area and as a precaution they drew blood for herpes testing. Negative.... So now I still have this unsightly nusense to deal with then my problems in that area will be over finally!!! It's fairly small but is large enough to notice under bright lights. Any help would be life saving!!!..... The bump has been there since before the other problem I developed.
