My boyfriend honestly looks like a shrimp when soft! But once he gets it up its all good baby lol. I am sure you just have not really let yourself get to excited so you have not seen your full potential. No worries! So long as you can make her feel good (touching, kissing, etc) even if you are still small that wont matter.
