Q: Small penis and no body hair

I am 17 years old and i would like to know if my penis will grow and the situation i have
Im 5 inches erect and pretty narrow in girth. Its embarassing for me because i have a small penis look likr im 13 and have no body hair. Its wierd because i have some pubic and armpit hair but none anywhere else. Aldo when i ejaculate the liquid is clear not white like semen. I list these factors because i think they may help in figuring out if my penis will grow. Also ill add that my penis just gre from around 3.5 inches to 5 in the lst year. Pleasr help i need to know if ill grow

The penis begins to grow between the ages of as early as 10 or as late as age 15. Growth is usually complete by age 18–21.
However, the lack of male hair on your body and the clear seminal fluid are indicative enough for further hormonal laboratory test and consultation with endocrinologist.
