Small pea sized, white headed lump around anus

Hello Doctors, while I know a diagnosis isnt doable online I am hoping one of you will have some idea what this may be and if it is more serious.

For maybe the past 2-3 days, I have noticed a white headed, roughly pea sized lump around my anus (actually, its just inside of it, right at the edge). It doesnt really hurt, but is a tad tender. Stool appears normal and there is no bleeding in it. However, today, the lump appear to have bled a little while wiping (very little blood, somewhat bright red in color). Perhaps this is because I kept touching it?

Sometimes I can be a bit of a hypercondriac, but I hope I am not overreacting in thinking this could be anal cancer/colon cancer or something serious. So what might this be?

I am a 30 year old male who doesnt drink or smoke, although I am overweight. Cancer does not run in the family.

It is hemorrhoid. It may not be cancer. Try these for 3 weeks, if the lump doesn't go away, go to a doctor.
Avoid constipation, for that drink atleast 6 glasses of water. Drink half or one glass of metamucil twice a day. Eat fruits, don't sit in a position continuously ( blood circulation is needed in that area). Get proper sleep. Tyr to wash rather than wiping if you are at home. Don't touch or scratch it.

Hi, it actually seems to have been a boil, possibly to poor hygiene on my part. About a day after I posted this, it popped, was bleeding slowly for about a day, then shrunk and now seems to be completely gone.

From now on I shower every day, talk about scary.
