Q: Small painless bumps on breasts

Hello, I m a mother of 15 mon old baby. I have been getting these dark brown colour bumps on my breasts for past few years, but very rarely. They r painless and sometimes associated with blood and pus. I realise this only after i see my Bra,due to stains. They leave scars behind for sometime.
Can anyone tell me what r these and is the problem very serious?
