I've had a cold- cough, fever, etc- for the past few days. When I woke up this morning, I felt pain in my vagina- Similar to the feeling of having a tampon in wrong. Looking, I found a small, blueblackish bump near the opening. I'm 16 and a virgin- never had sex, never done anything remotely sexual except masturbation, never even been kissed. I couldn't have an STD, could I? I'm frightened.

Ladee, No, it cannot be an STD and it cannot be caused by masturbation. There are 4 glands around your pee hole and vagina. Two Bartholin's glands around your vagina and 2 Skene's glands around your pee hole. These glands can block and/or form cysts.

Speak to your mom if it does not go away. You will need to see your doctor.

can you guys please help me too? i had a fever for a few days and when i woke up there were five or six really painful dark sores on my labia majora and minora...they make it hurt to walk or sit down and pee. i've never had sex or a boyfriend so it cant be an std either...PLEASE HELP ME IM SO FREAKED OUT!!!

Im twelve and the same thing happend to me im scared and i couldn't sleep it was that painful my mum gave me some pain medication and it didnt stop plz help me im so scared
