I have had a small protuberance near the area where my pube meets my left thigh. It is not painful or itchy and has progressively gotten smaller. It was already very small to begin with but I was worried that it could be HPV or herpes. I have been in a monogamous relationship for over 5 years now and have had pap smears regularly which have come back negative. Can I have contracted it and it was dormant for over 5 years?? This is the first time I've had anything of the sort and I am 100% certain my husband didn't contract it and give it to me.
