Extremely eHealthy
If these lumps are tiny bumps that ring the rim of the penis head and are flesh-colored or a little lighter and have a smooth dome shape, probably, are harmless, normal growths known as a pearly penile papules.
They can be arranged in one or several rows and often are assumed wrongly to be a genital warts.

Penile warts would be painful, itchy and causing burning penis.

If you are concerned contact your physician for the true evaluation.

Best wishes!

I have the same problem and mine are not itchy as well i am very sexually active and recently didnt use protection, i am very worried could it be hsv2 because i used to have cold sores and probably after taking medication developed the antibodies. could it probably be reason why it might be hsv2 but with suppressed symptoms because of the hsv1 antibodies i might have developed?
