Q: Small lumps inside mouth

Inside my mouth just in front of my teeth, I have lots of hard little lumps which I didn't bite glance

and I can see it in the mirror when I unfold my lip: it looks like tiny white/pinkish dots.

please help. Razz

I have the same problem but can't find any information about it. Is it normal? I don't want to go to the doctors/dentists just to be told that everybody has it. I'm interested to find out what they are too!
