I currently have no medical insurance and can't afford to go to the doctor or get any tests done. I have a small lump attached to my left testicle near the bottom. I also gain a rash that drys out the skin and is very irritable on my scrotum ever once ina while.(I have been thinking it is some kind of bacteria because awhile back thats what the doctor stated) I also have gained many "nevi" surrounding my penis that the doctor said could be easily removed by a dermatologist. When I touch this lump my testicles gain an itching feeling that is burning and very irritable. I dont really notice many pains but sometimes there is a little aching in my testicles that cant be narrowed down to which one because it is sudden. Any insight into the problem would be amazing. I am 21 years old.
