Hey,

A month ago I got a small lump on my bum crack, now it wasn't really sore, only if I leaned on it or what ever, but it went away in a couple of days.

Just two days ago, I noticed something similar back again, it's very small, not even noticeable at all, but the pain is horrible. I spend most of my time on a race track, when I'm not on the track I'm sitting infront of an Xbox, or PC or what ever. So I'm always sitting down. I'm hoping it's not a Pilonidal Cyst, but after doing some research and looking at how it can happen etc I'm beginning to think it is. I'm not really wanting to go to my doctor, to be honest I just find it awkward, even though I'm sure a doctor is no stranger seeing as it's pretty common. I'm not sure what to do, wait a few days it could get better, but it could also get worse. Is there anything I can do that could help? I read about epsom salts I believe it's called, and bathing in hot water, those I plan on doing. Anything else though? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Mark
