Hi, I have a small size lump or bump in the middle of my chest where my breast are in between my breast and it has a small black something on it and also it has a smell i'm very concerned please help!!!

hello your symptoms are similar to an ingrown hair follicle as i remember my fiance having one..keep it clean with salt solution washes and the smell you mention sounds like its infected see your doctor.
sometimes they do clear on their own.
