I have a very small lump on the opening of my anus.It about the size of pimple, maybe a tiny lit parger. I have had it for a couple of months now because i didnt think much of it and thought it were possibly a pimp that would go over time. The only time it hurts is when i poo, where i usually get a small amount of blood on the toilet paper after wipeing. The pain is pretty bad but only last a couple of seconds. The size of the lump has not changed during this time. Ca you please give me some information of what it might be and how i can get rid of it.
