I have a small lump in my groin area on the right side, along my pantie line. I noticed the lump about 2 months ago after wearing a swim suit on and off for a couple of days. The lump is uncomfortable and painful. It went away after a couple of weeks and then returned again. There is no white head and no debris. This lump is small but I can feel it when sitting or walking. Help what can this be?

I am 45 year old female, two days ago I noticed a disconfort when brushing my teeth as I leaned to the sink, as I touched the right side of the groin area by the bikini line, I felt a small circular lump, which I do not feel in the same area of the left side of the groin. I had a physical with the General Practice Physician and the OBYN one month ago. What can it be?
