My newborn baby boy, born on 4th March is having both of his kidneys are relatively smaller in size. Furthermore a cyst is there nearby the pole of the left kidney. the right adrenal is also larger.
These are the importent dimentions
Right adrenal- 2.6 x 0.6 cm
Right Kidney- 1.7 x 0.9 cm
Left Kidney- 2.5 X 1.4 cm
Left Adrenal- 1.7X 0.6 cm

the Left Kidney shows a large Cyst in mid pole measuring 1.7 X 1.2 cm

Important- B/ l small Kidneys loss of CMD.
enlarged Right Adrenal.
Left Kidney Simple Cyst.
