Q: small frenulum rip

ever since I'm back with my girlfriend we've been having a lot of wild sex, and 2 months ago i felt a stinging feeling on my frenulum. i've noticed a small rip on it, but disregarded it and thought it would heal by itself. however, the longest abstinence is 3-4 days which is probably not long enough for the frenulum to heal. could the fact that i had penile fungi 2 years ago be in any way connected with the frenulum problem? what to do?
