Q: small dots on skin

hi im 36 years old and i always had bad skin actually i still have acne, lately for a year i have been havin some small dots that look like moles and others are look like just small tiny dots or those marks that when hair falls leaves a tiny scar, they been appearing all over my body, legs, arms, up legs, and few in chest, none of them bleed or hurt they come in rawdom and 2 of them each arm are a little bigger the the others, they all appeared in the last year since i moved into this old apartment, sometimes after sleep i do wake up with some marks in my skin that looks like tiny bits or with some small white pimples , and some of them leave small scab nothing big but some they do, im too white and i hardly catch sun cause i work at night, i fell quit good really in my health apart from that,, i even stopped smokin, but those dots are worring me, about 2 months i went to a derma and he check me for 15 in a strong light and he said they are moles, ok some might be but i have those small ones looks like lost arms hair and made a scar nothing strong, also its quiet hot in this apartment and also gets very dust cause i leave in th 5floor with nothing around the building.
the size of them are : in my right arm 1 about 1m and maybe 1o small pin sized , in my left bottom leg in the muscle i have around 4 /1mm ones, 2 in the left arm and 2 chest, and 4 close to eachotther in shoulder
in my back i dont have none, i do have 2 in neck but those i know i have them for longer years, can anyone let me know what they think?

Have you found a solution to your skin problems? It has been a while since you posted. If not, I know if a great website that helps determine the cause of rashes. It is hard to diagnose them without seeing them. Here is the website. I hope it helps.
