small bumps with water that itch

I have little bumps on my face that look like acne but are not, they itch and I seem to get more everytime I wake up. I also have in my legs, hands, fingers,stomach and back, these have water and itch alot. They itch more at night that sometimes I cant even sleep. I pop them and liquid comes out and they get the liquid again by the next day. I dont know what to do, I cant get rid of them.
