Q: Small bumps on penis?

Ever since I was about 12 I have noticed these small bumps on my penis. They look kind of like very small pimples. I have never had sexual contact or anything so what can they be? They don't ich or hurt or anything. They aren't that noticable, but when I get an erection they look a little bigger. They are just on about 1/3 of my penis, and I don't think they have spread at all.

They are papules. I had them for the past few years and they are completely normal. I'm 15 and they are starting to go away now, Don't worry about them, They come with puberty.
