I recently noticed a bump on my top lip it has now turned into small bumps in differnt places on my top lip could this be herpes? I have gotten headaches but that is pretty common for me,no muscle pains, chills, or fever...

your skin can break out for any reason, but usually if you have a bump near your lip it is herpes.
