Q: Small bumps on C-Section suture line

Six years ago,I had a c-section.Within the last month, I have noticed a few small bumps below the surface of the skin when I press where the incision was made. They do not extend the entire length of the incision and feel like they are where the muscle was sutured. When I press a certain area, some of these bumps feel tender. They are only located on the mid-left side of the old incision. What could this be?

It is common to feel lumps at the incision site, since they develop as a scar tissue underneath the line of incision.
