A couple of days ago, while I was taking a shower and washing my genital area, I felt a small bump on the left side of my scrotum (or sac). When I took a look at it in the shower, it seemed a little red/pink I suppose. So after the shower, I waited a few hours and examined it again once I was dry. The bump is a very light shaded pink. I tried to see if it would pop, and while there was no pop that I noticed, it did seem like it secreted a very small amount of a clear fluid. It could also have been that I wasn't fully dried off yet as well, but I'm not sure. The bump does not itch, or anything really. It's just a bump, probably smaller than the size of a pea.
I left it alone, and yesterday when I was in the shower again, I found another small bump, however, it's not located on my scrotum, testicles, or penis. I'm not sure how to describe it properly, it's located between my upper thigh and my genital area, or rather, I guess the "joint muscle area" between my right leg and genitals. I couldn't get a proper look at it, since I have to bend over really well to even attempt to see it. But it's another bump that I've found.
I personally think it might be an irritation or a bug bite, seeing as how we've been having problems with bugs in our home for the past few days. I personally have many bug bites on my legs, and we have 2 dogs that have had flea problems for a long time, so it could be that their flea's have spread around the home and to us as well. I have been feeling itchy around my legs a little, and around my genital area, but only for a very small amount of time per day. I'm 24 years old, and I have NOT had any sexual contact with any females (or males), and I am a Virgin. I also do not have any burning sensation when I urinate, or feel any discomfort in my genital area.
I did have a similar experience a few years ago where I found a small bump on my penis (on the foreskin, near the edge of it). It disappeared after a few days, and I think this might be another case of it, except it's on my scrotum and between my thigh/genitalia. I'm going to wait a few days to see if it'll go away. I DO have a PHYSICAL coming up on Wednesday July 16th (next Wednesday). So either way, I will be seeing a doctor about this if it's still there. I just want to know if anyone might have any idea on what I could be experiencing at this moment. I've looked up stuff online through Google, and a lot of it are things that make me panic. And I am known for panicking for even the smallest things. I'm also embarassed about this that I haven't even told anyone about it, especially my parents, and they're pretty much my ride to the hospital since I don't drive (I don't have a license) and the hospital is a little far. So I would really appreciate the help.

If those bumps disappear spontaneously in 2 weeks they could be insect bite or infection of the hair follicle. If they are warts they won't disappear spontaneously or at least not that quickly.

I went to my Physical last Wednesday, and I told him about the bump on my scrotum. I even told him about the several bug bites I got on my legs, and asked if this could be just another bug bite. He agreed that it seems more like a bug bite, since he didn't notice any other problems. He recommended that I try Neosporin or a Triple Antibiotic for around 7-10 days. This past Monday, I bought the Neosporin and I tried it, I forgot to use it yesterday however, and today, before I took a shower, I examined the bump one more time.
While I was examining it however, it seemed to have popped and a puss like substance came out of it. I washed my hands immediately, and while I showered, I cleaned my scrotum thoroughly as well. I don't know if I should call my doctor again to schedule another appointment, or whether I should continue to use the Neosporin. But I also wonder if this now confirms that I have a bug bite on my scrotum. If so, is there any steps I can take to help get rid of it? Should I continue to use the Neosporin?
I used to have a similar puss situation before. I would get a Pimple on my upper thigh and when I popped it puss would come out. I'm wondering if this is the same situation, just now on my scrotum.

Bump popping and puss coming out suggest that you might have some bacterial infection of the hair follicle. Puss collection is not typical for insect bite except if the bite's place is additionally infected. You can continue using Neosporin as your doctor recommended.

small bump
i also found a very small bump right between my scrotum and thigh, although i dont have any pets and have had no bug problems, i noticed it about 2 weeks ago when i was shaving my pubic area, and examined it, i left it for a couple of weeks and kept checking it regularly but n9othings changed, i tried to squeeze it a little today after i got out of the shower n a very tiny bit off white/yellow puss came out and it began bleeding. to me it looks like a spot but kind of embossed out alot like a mole, it is quite hard and looks like its fillled with white stuff but only blood come out. its not itchy or sore or irritating at all to be honest i cant even feel it unless i squeeze it. its worrying me so i researched it on the web but i cant really find anything, then i came across this thread and my problem sounds the same really.
im 18 years old and have been sexually active for about 4 years now, im really worried about goin to the doctors or telling anyone about it, im also worried that my girlfriend will spot it during sexual intercourse and be discusted.

i have a small red hard lump on my left sack and i went on line and i think it is just an ingrown hair, so i filed it down with a rock file thingy and it bleeded a little and now im using neosporn on it and it has gotten smaller but it is kinda pinky red can some 1 tell me if it was just an ingrown hair ps: im 14 and i have had gotten oral sex's one time but she didn't touch my testicals could i still have an std?

I am 15 years old and a couple of weeks ago I noticed a pimple on the underside of my penis. As any teenager would I popped it. It all seemed normal but the next day I looked at it and it was a lump filled with some fluid. Another one on the left side if my scrotum appeared andthis one turned red after a couple of days. I have never been sexually active and it doesn't hurt any unless I squeeze it. Even then it's not a huge pain but it's annoying. I have looked up stuff online and everythig I see is freaking me out. Please help!!

answers to red bumps 1 - 5mm on scrotum
For all of those in late teens finding a red bump on their scrotum (i have mine on my left side) it is completely normal, just make sure otn to pick at it, it will disappear in time and it is in no way transferable by sex, no need to worry guys, i hate puberty

i myself am having the exact same problem, except its been ongoing... more have formed around it and also on my other testicle. it doesnt seem to leave it just seems to be inviting more friends... im a 22 year old male that has never engaged in sexual contact because of this on going problem... I now have a girlfriend that respects my decision to do so, but for how long? im afraid to lose her if she finds out this is threatening..

Also have the same problem, except I have a large build-up of them. They definitely have pus in them, and are at the base of the pubic hair, which makes me think that it's infection of the hair follicle. Worried about whether or not I should see a GP about it. Advice?

It is the color of my skin and it moves with my scrotum so I figured it was a part of scrotum and not my testicle. I have not tried to pop and have left it alone, and now sometimes it itches a little, but that me be because I am worried about it. It does not hurt when I touch it. Should I be worried? I have not been sexually active in many months.

Scrotum bump
I to have found a bump on my Scrotum. It looks exactly the same as yours. I noticed it about 5 months ago and it went away withing a couple days but now its back in the same exact place. Kinda weird if you ask me. Any1 no what this might be?

Yeah I found this bump on my scrotum too, I was masturbating. It doesn't sting unless I pinch it. I've popped it. Poked at it and even tried to get in there with a fork... This thing is impossible to get off.

bump on scrotum
I have have a bump on my scrotum and i have had it for a few months. I am 15 and i am worried. I have had this for a few months it is solid and has a white head i have tried to pop it but it won't pop, it just gets bright red and then goes back to its regular color. It doesn't itch or hurt but it does have a smaller friend right next to it what do i do to get rid of it.

I am 34 and I found a small bump on my scrotum, I squeezed it gently and some pus came out. I am already worried about dying already. One more problem I have got is that at my local GP the Doctor I usually saw was a female because the male Doctor's were busy the first time I went and I can't talk about this stuff without becoming embaressed. I also have some problems with acne occasionally and can get a rash inbetween my legs when I don't wash.

Bumps under scrotum
Im 16 years old i live in Florida, I have a pinkish color bump under my scrotum on my left side like in between my leg and sac. Its 3 of them 2 are kinda small and the other one is kinda medium like maybe the size of a apple stem, i workout a lot and i sweat under my scrotum a lot so im thinking this might be the reason i talk to my dad he said he thinks thats what it is. He says he doesnt think its nothing serious, but then again my dads a lawyer not a doctor Lol. Im using Neosporin now i just started using it tonight, should i just keep using that and see what happens or see a doctor immediately?

What seems like a cyst turning into 2 red sensitive bumps?
I am 14 and have never engaged in sexual contact, I noticed I had something that looked like a cyst on the left side of my scrotum and after about 3 weeks it changed into 2 red bumps that only sting to the touch of my finger. When trying to squeeze them only a small bit of clear fluids came out, I am scared of what this might be though I am unsure how it could be herpes. Someone please help me find out what this is, I don't really want to go to a doctor unless no one at all knows anything.
