Q: Small bump below the testicles

I'm a 25 year old male. I'm active and very healthy.
Just recently, I noticed a small bump just passed my testicles before my anal opening. The bump is the size of a small grape and it's starting to worry me. At first, I thought it was an in-grown hair but it's not the case.

I might be ignorant by asking this question but does anyone have a similar experience? ..and whether it's cancerous?

This post is old, but I hope you get it anyway. I had a simalar problem, except that the bump turned into a lump. And it was on my right testicle. I went to my usual Doctor. He just prescribed some anti-biotics. They did not work or did the others he then prescribed. Then it was to a Urologist. After over a year of very painful suffering and the Urologist trying this and that, it was to the hospital for surgery. Now there is no more pain, which is great. Also there is now only one testicle, which is not good. If you or anyone else has this problem, I hope you have better luck finding a worthwhile Doctor.

With the expierence I went through, I would go to your doctor right away. Then ask to see a uroligist, a good one, the best you can find. And keep complaining until they get it fixed. Best regards, Casp60
