You do not indicate your age. If you are in your late teens or early 20s, then there is still a chance that further breast growth might still occur.

If both of your breasts are small, but roughly equal in size, then you will have to make a decision about how important this issue really is to you (and to your boyfriend). If this issue is causing you great distress, then you can see a plastic surgeon to discuss the appropriateness of breast augmentation with implants. (However, my general advice to patients who are concerned about their breast size is that they may still find themselves unhappy about their appearance, or their self image or self confidence, even after breast enlargement surgery...).

If, on the other hand, there is a significant difference in size between your two breasts, then a referral to a plastic surgeon might be appropriate.

Sincerely/ Robert A. Wascher, MD, FACS

I'd strongly recommend against any breast enlargement product that isn't FDA approved.

Before you consider surgery I'd suggest a different boyfriend. There's nothing to be ashamed of for having smaller breasts and there's something wrong with any man who gets into a relationship with you wanting a woman with a different body.

I agree with wolf... If your boyfriend isnt happy with your body that doesnt mean that you shouldnt be!

Change your boyfriend, there are plenty of men out there who love small perky breasts so please dont believe all the media hype and perception of what we as women should look like!

We are all individual and very very different, and so are our breasts - They come in all shapes and sizes!

Are you sure that your boyfriend is unhappy with them, or are you paranoid because of the way you feel about them yourself? Just a thought!
