i thought i should just post a bulletin or topic but im proud to say that it has been 3 months and 6 days since my last break down and i have been cut free since 3-24-08 YAY its been hard but im gonna try my damnest to keep myself injury free.... thanks for the support

You are on the path to freedom my friend. Wow, that is awesome! How does it feel. How are your feeliings cut free now? Do you feel a sense of that monkey on your shoulders not there any longer? We would like to know your feelings and now that you have come so far, let's go into some of the recovery stages OK. Let us be your digest. Let us be your support. I love to hear testmonies like this one and others. Just remember, it is YOU that gets the credit for this recovery. We are here to help you stay that way and to pick you up if you fall.
