Q: Slow refractory period

It typically takes a good couple of hours, sometimes upwards of 8, following ejaculation before I can have another orgasm. Also, my semen tends to be abnormally clear and fluid-like, rather than the solid white, viscous consistency that I believe to be mostly normal. This consistency/color tends to relate to the length of time that I go between orgasms, but rather than take on a solid pearly white color as this time increases, my semen for some reason takes on more of a yellowish color. Furthermore, I've been told that my semen has a "bad taste" (not really salty--more of a mucousy taste) which I believe to be associated with its consistency/make up.
I should also mention that I do not consider myself to be the most testosterone-filled male out there and its certainly crossed my mind that I might be lacking in adequate quantities of this hormone...
Now, I'm a healthy 22 years-old, so these sexual dysfunctions that I'm dealing shouldn't be an issue yet, right?

Well,...
I'm a medical student. I'll tell you what I know.

It's normal to have a sore penis after intercourse or masturbation, lasting for hours.

As to the semen, most semen is white in color, but grey or even yellowish semen can be normal as well.

As to the taste, I don't know.

You can get lab tests for blood HCG, Testosterone, Estradiol (E2), and LH. The lab guy will take a blood sample from your arm and check for these 4 hormones. These can initially rule out any abnormality if there's any.

Hope this helps.
