Losing fast weight can have deletirious effects on the body as the metabolism and hormonal levels can be deranged.Losing weight in a short span of time can also cause damage to the collagen and elastin levels and thus compromise the supportive material of the dermis. There are various products available in the market for weight loss these days but there has been no proof as such that they really work as they are asscoiated with side effects as headache,fatigue,anxiety etc and the weigt lost is gained back agin.
I advise you not to take any weight loss supplements.
1)Do some form of exercise as walk,jogging,swimming which are the best and sustained weight loss methods.You can also join a gym where the trainer can analyze your requirements and then advice accordingly.
2)Have a healthy balanced diet and focus more on fruits,veggies
3)Drink lots of water.
4)Avoid fatty,fried and processed food itms.
