Hey guys, I'm a 20 year old male. I get a slight swelling on the left hand side of the meatus after ejaculation, it is practically unnoticable unless you know yourself...if you get what I mean. It is also slightly uncomfortable to touch, and I first noticed it 6 months or so ago.

I have only had sex with my girlfriend of nearly 2 years, which has been 'unprotected' since the start (pill only), and she has only been with me and 1 other guy before me (who was also a virgin) so hopefully that rules out STD's. She also had a basic STD test done about 12 months ago when we had a pregnancy scare (since they were doing a urine test we thought we might as well check incase).

Any suggestions as to what may be causing the swelling?
