I'm 17 and on the head of my penis is a red irritated area, just above the foreskin on the left side. Since it seems to be affecting the foreskin as well, it makes it a rubbery consistency, and not the same as the rest of the foreskin. There also appears to be a constant kind of slight sticky moisture over this irritated area (could this be Smegma? I'm not entirely sure what that is ) Anyways if I try and wash it off it just seems to come back a while after the shower (the sticky moisture... stuff) It's been there for like a few weeks now and I don't know how I even got it. I'm a virgin so it's not an STD. Any help would be great, thanks
