I'm 17, not sexually active and still a virgin.

My labia majora (vaginal lips) has a slight discolourment. People say it's normal but I think mine isn't. It's a greyish colour and the flesh is slightly torn. The thing is, it has been like that for as long as a I can remember. I thought it was because I started masturbating at a young age. I'm really scared it could be something bad! And I don't know what to do. I'm experiencing no symptoms at all like bleeding, itching, discomfort, excess discharge, burning sensation while urinating and so on, though the sight of it is rather unsettling. What could it be?

Next thing, I recently discovered a small brown spot on the hood of my clitoris. It's quite small, not a lump, and similar to a freckle you'd find on your face. Once again, I'm experiencing NO symptoms that may suggest I have a disease or anything like that - I'm feeling 100% everyday. I've read some articles online and one of them said it could be cancer! I'm really scared!

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
First of all you need to stop worrying. Most of your problems would get solved. Since you do not have any abnormal symptoms, the appearance of the labia and the spot above clitoris could be natural. The labia differ in appearance in women just as people have different faces with no two similar faces except for twins. If you are still worried about it, then go ahead with an examination done by a gynecologist to make sure that things are fine (which would be 100% fine).
Take care.
