Reversal of normal cervical lordosis centered at C4-C5
central disc bulge C4-C5
Slight anterolesthesis of C4-C5
Slight anterolesthesis of C3 on C4
Significant left-sided C2-C3 and C3-C4 facet joint arthropathy

hi callie

"Reversal of normal cervical lordosis centered at C4-C5

normal cervical lordosis is when the curve in your neck is convex at the front and concave at the back yours is convex at the back and concave at the front

At C4-C5 there is a disc bulge at the rear of your disc

At C4-C5 and C4-C3 the upper vertebral body has slipped forward on the one below.

At C2-C3 and C3-C4 the facet joints which are small joints at the rear of the vertebra that guide the motion of the two vertebra are showing signs of arthritic changes

I think that anyone with this condition would at least be suffering from some kind of discomfort and more likely than not some pain but whether there are other things wrong with your neck i cannot say.

i cant say whether you are a candidate for surgery or not that's probably for someone with medical qualifications who has examined you extensively to say.

Good luck callie57
