Soooo coming up on my 28th week now, and losing more and more sleep as time goes on. Anyone have any suggestions on good positions to sleep in. I have a pregnancy pillow which mainly just helps with leg cramping and stuff, I usually can't fall asleep till about 1130 or 12 and I consistantly wake up every night at 230 am and toss and turn and toss and turn till at least 5 am, and I have to get up for work at 6 am, so it's really starting to take it's toll on me. I've always been a stomach sleeper and now that that's out of the question I just can't seem to get comfortable. Sometimes I know I'm really tired and literally just cannot go to sleep comfortable or not, it's so weird...I mean I guess that's what insomnia is I've never had it before so I dont' know. Any suggestions would be helpful...thanks everyone.

You'll just have to try to find a position that works for you. The night waking is the bladder thing to start. Something that helped me was NOT turning on any lights and basically stumbling to the bathroom in the dark. If I didn't wake up too completely, I'd get to sleep faster.
