I was falling asleep in 1 class so my parents made me go to sleep at 11:00 and I always get up at 6:45. I used to go to bed between 12 and 1. I could have just drank a coffee before that class and stayed awake if they gave me a chance. After they started making me go to sleep at 11 I started having more problems staying awake and started falling asleep in every class. Now because after a few weeks of that and emailing teachers and finding out it wasn't helping they changed it to 10. Now I am really tired all the time and I am not in a good mood I'm not nice to anyone and I flip out at my friends all the time now and I've been depressed. I have been bringing 2 mugs full of coffee to school and drinking it threw out the day because that's all they will let me and it's helping some but I'm still falling asleep in study hall and on the bus and at home now. Is there anything I can do?

Have you B12 level checked...actually go see your doctor to be medically evaulated...to make sure that it is nothing serious and that you are just not over doing it.

Too much sleep is almost as bad as too little sleep and makes you feel very weak and tired.

If that is not the problem then perhaps you should take a multivitamin every day.
