Q: sleeping more then usual

Since a year back I have been sleeping more then usual. I sleep 12 hours per night, and sometimes even more.. Since I also snore during night, and my partner heard me stop breathing once or twice we contacted a doctor to see if I had sleeping apnea.. I had a machine during night at home but the result showed I didnt have this disorder. I have been doing several online tests, and they all say I have apnea.. So it is a bit weird.
During days I am always exhausted.. I dont have energy to do anything. I dont work today, but I will start workpractice halftime, something I look forward to. But more then that is impossible.. And I hope I can handle even 50%.
My limbs feel also exhausted. It feels like I have run a marathon or worse. And I have this feeling all day, everyday.
I have tried to drag myself up earlier, but it always fails. Im then extremly dizzy, feel faint and extremly exhausted so I can barely move. If I go up during nights to the toilet I almost stumble and walk into the walls..
I have also experienced heart irregularities. My heart sometimes leaps. It feels like bubbles or butterflywings. Its there for a few seconds and then its gone. Its not that often, but I'd say i feel it atleast every second week. Over that I also have extra hard beats of the heart now and then. It feels like it uses 10 times stronger beats for a few beats, and then its back to normal.
I do have high bloodpressure. But only for a month back or so, so I dont really feel it has that much to do with all this? Its never been too high, but always at the limit. But never alarming.

Thank you for reading this far. I feel devasted with all this. Im tired of being so tired all the time..

Thank you, but I dont have problems falling asleep at all. The problem is the opposite. I can't get it either, since I live in Europe, Sweden. They dont ship here.
I guess you work for these guys? Smile

I rather want to know what my problem is, then trying to cure the symptoms. Its a shorttermfix, sure, but not for long.
