I am 19 years old and I am wondering if i have a sleeping disorder. I have sleep walked and talked in my sleep ever since i was young. In the last few years I had been calling and texting in my sleep. I had done sexual things with my boyfriend without even knowing it in my sleep. I have walked out to the living room and talked to my parents, I have pounded the wall and yelled at someone to come in, I even got in the shower once and woke up when i turned the water on. I recently had a crazy experience that is making me more curious then ever, I was at a friends place and there was a bunch of us. Drinking was involved but I remember the whole night except this one thing. I was sleeping on the floor and it sounds like I got up in the middle of the night and went to the couch and laid right on top of my friend ricky. Then started to dry hump him. I have no memory of this and it is now stressing me out because that is just weird. I remember everything from the night except that which makes no sense to me. Please help me figure out if I have a sleeping disorder. thanks.
