Hi.i'm 39 years old and i had a heart bypass before 40 days. I have some questions .sorry for my english .Well, can i sleep with face down?Or in the left or right side?Also,i feel always something like groans or many clicking to my sternum.Where there from?Are there ok? I don't pain very mutch.

You can sleep whatever you like.
I'm not sure about those "groans" and "clicking" to your sternum. Did the wound heal?

I have a little pain but -i don't know how to explain- i feel some noises from my sternum like bone creak. All these hapent's when i do some mooves. thanks

Maybe the sternum still needs some time to heal. You can consult the cardio-surgeon who operated you about this.
