Do you get uncontrollable attacks of sleepiness even when you are with other people?
Have you been told that you are snoring loudly during sleep?

The most common symptoms of condition known as sleep apnea are excessive daytime sleepiness and loud snoring with choking or gasping spells during nighttime sleep.
Feeling unrefreshed, having headaches, especially in the mornings, feeling moody, sweating and chest pain while you are sleeping, waking up to urinate at night, are all problems of a sleep apnea sufferer.
Episodes of not breathing (apnea), when you look like gasping for breath during sleep, lead to drop in the blood oxygen level, that can result in many complications of body organs functioning.

Being overweighted and smoking are some of the reasons for having this condition.

Gaining weight inappropriately, and difficulty losing weight despite diets and exercise programs, is one of characteristic symptoms of hypothyroidism (thyroid gland disorder, when there is no enough thyroid hormones in body)
Hypothyroidism, aggravates or leads to sleeping problems, even, snoring and sleep apnea.

Have you noticed that you are more forgetful, your thought processes are slower or you feel depressed, recently?
Do you feel colder?
Are you forgetful?
