It doesn't happen every day but sometimes when i try to got sleep i will see kinda black flashes in my eyes kinda feels like it is pulsating abit. When i open my eyes it carries- it starts from the outside of my eyes and carries on into the center. To stop it i have to move my eyes quickly or turn the light on and keep it on for abit until i turn off the light and see if it has stopped. I feel like if i let the blackness cover all over my vision i would blackout or something. Please help me does anyone know of this or heard of it before?? thanks for taking the time to read this
