I have just learned that i have been suffering sleep parylysis for over 4 years. It is very scary, almost like a near death experience. I do not suffer from narcolepsy or any other sleep disorder. I just want to know what i can do to treat my sleep parylysis because it will also occasionally envolve some hynompamic hallucinations as well. thanks so much! nurse
