Q: Sleep doctor in London ?

Hello everyone,

I have been suffering from insomnia over a year.

I have recently found out that there is a Sleep Doctor in London, named Guy Medows who does prevention insomnia plans. I was wondering if anyone has heard about him, and has tried his prevention plans and if they were any good?

I have not but I think it might be worth a shot. Have you tried over the counter sleeping pills? I think they work great.
