Right as I fall asleep I often have these sort of like sleep hallucinations. Where ill be walking and I will fall then my whole body will twitch. This is normal it’s happened all my life but lately ive had some other hallucinations, if you could call them that, where ill have something happen in a dream but ill react in not so common of a way, an example will be better. One "dream" is that im working and ill think in my dream I have to help these people and I become restless but then ill wake up and I feel as if im still there so ill try to find the register or help the people then usually ill have to tell myself im at home sleeping. Another one is where I will be driving and I cant reach the gas petal because im laying down. I know im not explaining myself well enough but if anyone could help me out and tell me whats going on that would be grand.
