hi ppl...................... you know im hearing such strange things about hair..........whether they are myths or it is the truth i've no clue...........it gives me shudders........ the newest thing that i've heard is that...... sleep deprivation n stress lead to hair problems?? is it true????i mean how?? already im a bit freaked out due to my hair problems.....n now this........ please can you help me........
