Hi!
What type of sleep apnea you have?
Which medicines you were taking during the last two years?

Sleep is Precious
I used to have a lot of problems with sleep apnea. Besides the usual snoring, I would wake up choking and realize that I hadn't been breathing. One thing that has been helpful is deep breathing exercises. One doctor informed me that part of my problem was because I was a shallow breather. Sometimes so shallow that I would stop breathing in my sleep. Vervain is a flower remedy that can be found at the health food store and has been helpful in treating sleep apnea. Avoid sedatives, alcohol, cigarettes and if you are even slightly overweight this can aggravate the problem. There is also a breathing device that you use while sleeping called CPAP and it is essentially a mask that blows air continually. I hope this helps.
