For atleast 4yrs. now (now 21) have been having problems while trying to sleep. I wake up an average 3 times a night, and when daylight hits it's even harder for me too stay asleep. I have been told I do snore while sleeping, and upon me waking up I sound like im gasping for breath.
When I was younger my mom would always turn on a humidifier when I was sleep, and I never recall having those problems then.
If indeed this is sleep apnea would buying a humidifier be reccommended to help with possible further problems?
Is there a cure for sleep apnea or breathing exercises?
