Hi,
I am currently a college student with a limited budget, but would like to invest in supplements that would improve my overall alertness in class as well as my overall energy in the day. It would be great if you guys could give me some advice on where start in terms of choosing which types of supplements that would be most appropriate for my case and what kind of options i could employ in terms of budgeting.

Problems I have been having are waking up, staying alert in class, and having enough energy to get through the day without taking a nap. I also workout about 1 (weight) and a half hours (cardio) a day.

Here are my thoughts
I would like to consider a sleep aid (but i do not know which), as i assume this would improve my sleep and hopefully allow me to wake up easier. Also possibly an energy supplement to keep me alert in class and multivitamin for nutrition health as i do have the typical sporadic diet of a college student.

My experience.
In the past i have used fish oils, but i question its effectiveness because maybe i didn't take enough. I have also tried a cheap energy/multivitamin from costco but i didn't really feel any difference.

What's your diet like and what's your sleep schedule like?

Let's exhaust all natural options before we skip to energy boosters, sleep aids, and what not.
